We use cookies to make the Sites work and to learn how visitors use them.

When we share your data
We share personal data only:
- Inside our team with people who need it and are bound by confidentiality;
- With service partners who host our Sites, send mail, analyse traffic or protect our systems (all under data‑processing agreements);
- When the law says so, such as court orders or lawful government requests;
- If our business changes hands (see Section 10).
We never sell your data.
5 Data outside the EEA
Some partners sit outside the European Economic Area. If we transfer your data to them, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or another tool allowed under Chapter V GDPR, and we check the risks first.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for the periods shown in Section 2, unless a longer period is required by law (for taxes, accounting or legal claims). After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Keeping data safe
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures such as TLS encryption, limited database access, regular back‑ups, security scans and staff training.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your data;
- Limit or object to how we use it;
- Send you a copy so you can move it elsewhere (data portability);
- Withdraw consent at any time (this won’t affect what we did before you withdrew).
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), but you can contact your local authority too.

Children
Our Sites are not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, please tell us.
If our business changes hands
If Structural Collective merges, is bought or goes bankrupt, your data may transfer to the new owner. We will let you know before your data is used under a different policy.
Updates to this notice
We may change this notice from time to time. We will post the new version here and, if changes are significant, let you know another way (for example, by email). Using the Sites after the update date means you accept the new version.
